Caring For Older Tasmanians, a program run by Care2Serve, needed a website to host six interactive modules aimed at supporting Tasmanian carers. I designed a user-friendly platform that makes these educational resources easy to access and engage with. Each module is tailored to address the unique needs of carers supporting elderly or vulnerable family members, with clear navigation and intuitive design to ensure a smooth experience. This project highlights the important work Care2Serve is doing to equip carers with valuable knowledge and tools, all in a thoughtfully designed digital space.
